Bluepoint, an innovator and facilitator of advanced leadership development concepts and coaching programs, and Wallenius Wilhelmsen group a market leader in roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) shipping and vehicle logistics, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in the “Best Leadership Development Program” category.
Bluepoint and Wallenius Wilhelmsen formed a strong collaborative partnership to develop a fully customized cohort-based Leadership Development Program (LDP) for global cross-functional senior level leaders. The program included a set of experiences aimed at developing skills to drive the business strategy, embody organizational values, and successfully secure the company’s future. This included a personalized mix of a program launch, a 360-leadership assessment, a series of in-person and virtual workshops, individual coaching sessions, micro eLearning, learning application trios, as well as a capstone graduation event.
